Absolutely! We are more than happy to review your home plan. Additionally, we have access to numerous floor plans not currently listed on our website. If you have a specific vision in mind, let us know. If we don’t have it, we can design it!

Your home can feature a variety of amenities, such as 9′ ceilings, 2nd-floor laundry, walk-in closets, double crown molding, designer cabinetry, granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank floors, recessed lighting, 2×6 construction, architectural shingles, and much more! For most individuals who opt for one of our floor plans, the move-in timeframe ranges from six to ten months. The timeline depends on numerous factors such as county approvals and permits, weather conditions, material availability, previously sold home backlog, inspections, loan processing, etc.

We offer the option of a “contingent” sales agreement based on the sale of your existing home. Once your current home sells by the specified date, the contract can proceed, and we can start constructing your Ryan Legacy Builders home.

We are currently building in the Meadowridge Knoll and Lake Linganore communities in the Fredrick, Maryland area. However, we are also available to build on your own home site.

While there is a family connection, Ryan Legacy Builders is a separate company. Pete’s late uncle founded Ryan Homes, and his father founded Ryland Homes. Although our family homebuilding heritage may cause some confusion, Ryan Legacy Builders is a privately owned new home builder in Frederick, Maryland, distinct from the other two publicly traded homebuilders.

At Ryan Legacy Builders, we understand the excitement of new home construction. That’s why our sales agents are readily available for on-site visits.
Additionally, we will arrange three formal meetings with you at different stages of construction:

No, it is not necessary to have a real estate agent when buying a home with Ryan Legacy Builders. All our sales staff members are licensed real estate agents who will guide and assist you throughout the entire home buying/building process.
However, if you do have a real estate agent and they bring you to our community, both you and your agent will be warmly welcomed.
